The Partner is a representative of the end user of OctoWatch. The Partner pays for the order on their behalf but is not the end consumer of the product.

The Partner receives the product at a special “partner” price and then sells the product to the end user at their discretion, but not below the prices published on this website.

The Agent is a representative of the end user of OctoWatch. The Agent enters into an agency agreement with LLC "Kolibri," which specifies the agent's commission and the payment procedure.

The end consumer receives the product at the standard price. The Agent receives a commission.

The Partner sends a request for an invoice to partners@octowatchdlp.com. In the request, the Partner specifies: the email of the end consumer's account, the version of OctoWatch, the required number of licenses, and the desired payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.).

The Partner pays for the licenses.

After payment, the licenses are credited to the Partner's client in their personal account.

The Agent records the deal by sending information about the end consumer to partners@octowatchdlp.com in advance. In the email, the Agent specifies the details of the end consumer - TIN, company name, as well as the version of OctoWatch, and the number of licenses.

The deal is recorded for the first agent who makes the request.

The deal is recorded prior to payment.

The Agent can request an invoice. The end consumer pays for the licenses via bank transfer.

After payment, the licenses are credited to the end consumer in their personal account. The Agent receives the commission reward according to the agreement through bank transfer.
