Monitoring of Running Applications and Work Time with Them

OctoWatch registers each newly launched application and the time spent on it. This information is organized in such a way as to group applications by their type (for example, Microsoft Word will be categorized as Office applications) and productivity (by default, Office applications are considered useful, Browsers are neutral, and Games are harmful).

Features:

Every new application is added to the list along with a screenshot.
You can set rules so that when launching a game category application, a notification is sent to the manager or a message to the employee.
Similar notifications can be configured for attempts to open unknown applications, including by keywords, or when launching any application during non-working hours.
You can also block applications and entire categories of applications. You can set full blocking for a specific user or group of users, establish a time interval during which the application cannot be launched, or set a maximum usage time for the program.
Default Rule Set includes rules that will inform you about the fact of launching anonymous browsers, torrent clients, and remote control tools.
The built-in OCR function allows OctoWatch to analyze not only the names of programs but also what the user sees on the computer screen when working with them.
