8.2. The Administration must notify the User about the outcome of their complaint within 30 calendar days from the receipt date, written or electronically.
8.3. If no resolution is achieved, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate court in the User’s jurisdiction.
9. Additional Terms
9.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the OctoWatch site unless otherwise provided in the new version.
